emagni does not have any refund policy as we are giving a 1 – Day trial period if you require / wanted to opt for, so that you get used to our services.
For services that only offer on-line access, communication of your intent to cancel must reach us before your first use of or access to the said services.
For services that require us provide online practice exams to you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us within 7 days of subscription.
If such communication is received by us after seven days of subscription, no refund would be allowed.
The refund is applicable for our products/services only until it’s dispatched or the login details for online access to test material etc. are disclosed/dispatched to you.
Please include your Login Details (sent to you via email after your order) and do tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
No Refunds are allowed for products / services on which emagni marketing team has given special offers for various crash courses / Fast Track courses. These are limited validity offers and therefore cancellation / refund are not possible.
In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in either one of the two forms given below:
If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of 10% of the order value.
Mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done. Like, if the amount for the services was originally paid by you through credit card, the refund amount would be debited back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase.
